ACB's Website Has New Features!

The address remains the same. However, when you log into www.arrowheadcommunitybank.com, the streamlined design and more user friendly navigation are definitely new.
Convenient online services are easy to use, including Online Banking and Cash Management. Descriptions of products and services for consumers and businesses, and ACB information are at your fingertips. Bank Note$ and Community Links help keep you in touch. In addition, there are new products to explore, including Wealth Management and Payment Processing Solutions, our Lock Box Payment service.
A new security feature has been added to our Internet Banking service to help keep your personal financial information secure, private and away from unauthorized viewers. When you log into Internet Banking, only the last four digits of your account(s) show on the screen. This new feature protects you in the event that someone else has access to your computer or can view your computer screen while you are logged into Internet Banking.

Judy Haenel Honored by Freedom Foundation

ACB client and florist Judy Haenel was awarded a George Washington medal from the Freedom Foundation of Valley Forge. Judy was nominated by Bonnie Angster, an official with a local branch of the organization, for her contributions to the community through Pass It On Day. The annual event is sponsored completely by Judy’s flower shop, The Tulip Tree, and began 11 years ago as a way to foster relationships through the giving away of free bouquets of roses. Last September’s Pass It On Day saw in excess of 4,000 roses distributed in less than three hours.
'Heart-y' Thanks
Susan Fitzgerald of Wild Horse Promotions says, “Valentine’s Day is fast becoming one of the best times to show customer appreciation. Promotional items are more likely to be noticed than during traditional holiday times.”
Susan says that almost anything of a promotional nature is available as a heart shape, or with a heart theme, from keychains and flashlights to travel mugs and temporary tattoos. She adds, “Depending on the nature of your business and your client base, you might want to consider hand-delivering Valentine’s Day goodie baskets. Because business is all about personal relationships, making that extra effort is often remembered for a long time. A considerate gesture paired with an item that is truly useful is a wonderful combination and makes a very positive statement about your product or service.”

Fitness Tip
Lee Stewart of Incredible Image offers the following fitness tip to help rebound from the indulgences of the holidays. “Watch your portion size. That’s the true secret to keeping your weight down. Don’t deny yourself the things you love. Just don’t overeat. And if you got into some bad holiday habits with food, don’t worry about it. Simply cut down on the amount of what you’re taking in.”
Lee also says that if you pair more moderate food intake with any form of exercise, the results are even more effective. “Keep yourself moving. Take a walk instead of sleeping off a meal in front of the television. You don’t have to engage in anything extreme. Small adjustments make a big difference.”

Bank Note$ Wants YOU
Because our readership continues to expand every month, we would like to start the year by inviting you to submit your stories and ideas to our publication. Bank Note$ is released in two versions every month — print and digital. The printed version is included in clients’ bank statements, and appears as a full page ad in a number of local newspapers. An expanded version of Bank Note$ occupies a place of honor on our website at www.arrowheadcommunitybank.com. In addition to each month’s current issue, past issues are also available. Even if you are new to Arrowhead Community Bank, you can catch up with what you might have missed earlier.
We welcome news and photos from ACB clients about your businesses, achievements, honors, and experiences. When we can, we also include items of interest about clients’ community involvement and support of charitable activities.
All material submitted to Bank Note$ is subject to approval and editing. Please send items directly to Arlene Kulzer, Arlene.Kulzer@arrowheadcommunitybank.com.
