New Senior Vice President & Executive
Richard Oliver joins the bank as lead Investment Executive
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- September 27, 2006 -- Arlene Kulzer, president and CEO of Arrowhead Community Bank, is pleased to announce that Richard Oliver, in association with Capitol Wealth Advisors, will oversee wealth management offerings for clients. As the lead Investment Executive, Oliver will assist clients in helping them achieve their financial goals by focusing on their life goals.
"Richard has many years of experience in the area of wealth management and we feel he is uniquely qualified to work with our clients on their investment needs," said Kulzer. Oliver graduated from Arizona State University in 1966 with a degree in Business Management. He played on the ASU baseball team that won the College World Series in 1965. Following his graduation, Oliver became a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and flew Air Rescue in Vietnam. While in the Air Force he earned his master's degree in Public Administration. He retired from the Air Force with the rank of Lt Colonel. He has since been a financial professional for twenty years, specializing in individual portfolio management and business 401k plans.
